    Designed to make you feel energised and strong throughout all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal Glow classes combine Pilates and Barre, to improve stability, strength and tone, as well as preparing your body for labour and becoming a new Mumma.

    Motherhood is a journey. Feel strong and energised beyond childbirth and start to get a sweat on again! Strong and Beyond classes focus on barre/circuit cardio, beginning to add in functional movements we use every day as mothers.

Find Your Inner Glow Personal Program

Personalised four-week program working in sync with your menstrual cycle to align your mind, body and soul.

The ‘Find Your Inner Glow’ program guides you through the four phases of your menstrual cycle, to focus on aligning your mind, body, and soul. You’ll be working closely with me, and can complete online or in person.

By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have all the tools and resources you need to care for your body and yourself, working in sync with your menstrual cycle to feel your best.

What’s included?

  • We begin with an in-depth consultation and analysis of your current lifestyle and nutrition.

    Using the results, we work together to set your personalised goals.

  • Each week you’ll receive relevant information and online resources tailored to help you understand and navigate where you are in your menstrual cycle.

  • Receive tips and advice for eating well during each phase of your menstrual cycle, and personalised wellbeing activities to support your journey and help achieve your goals.

  • You will receive a tailored exercise program each week with activities to suit your specific goals and stage of your menstrual cycle.

  • You will have regular check-ins and Lauren will be there to support you throughout the four weeks. You can also email with questions or feedback at any time.

Prenatal Glow Program

Six week program focused on pelvic floor and core strength, breathwork, labour and birth preparation.

Join me and learn how to feel energised through all stages of pregnancy, prepare for labour and meet other local mummas-to-be.

This is a small group class so places are limited. Contact me for next available start dates.

What’s included?

  • Six 45-minute Pilates classes in my home studio. These are focused on pelvic floor and core strength, with labour exercises and breathwork.

  • Talk all things pregnancy and beyond with local female health physiotherapist.

  • Opportunity to connect with other local mummas-to-be in a safe and welcoming environment. Perfect for building your support network and meeting likeminded new friends.

  • Group Classes

    $30 single class / $32 mums & bubs / $140 for 5 classes / $260 for 10 classes

    45 minutes. Prices are per person, maximum five people per class. Hosted at my home studio.

  • Private Classes

    Initial consultation $110 / $500 for 5 classes / $950 for 10 classes

    1 hour. Hosted at my home studio, your house or outdoors. Classes in Eastern Suburbs.

  • Duo Semi-Private

    $55 single class (per person)

    1 hour. Hosted at my home studio, your home (travel fee not included) or outdoors. Can also be arranged at a studio. Classes in Eastern Suburbs.
